Lists – the Pending Training Course(s) yet to be completed by an employee Pending Training Course(s) – Provides the list of training programs recommended to be completed by an employee The following details are covered: Course Name Brief Description – Provides the objective of the program & the intended benefit Category – Provides details about the group under which classified. This is usually driven by the characteristic attribute/behaviour the course in intended to improve. Recommended by : Captures the name of employee on whose advice the employee has been planned to undertake the program

Lists – the all the Training Program completed by an employee Figure in the bracket indicates the total number of completed courses Cumulative Efforts in Hrs. Training Log – Provides the list of all the training programs completed by an employee The following details are covered: Course Name Category – Provides details about the group under which classified. This is usually driven by the characteristic attribute/behaviour the course in intended to improve. Attended Date – Provides the date on which the program was attended by the employee Hours – Indicates the efforts in hour spent on the course Score – Indicates the assessment (if any) score on completion of the training Comments – Indicates any special comments of the trainer Total Hours – Indicates the cumulative efforts in hours & focus of the employee in attending training programs for knowledge & skill development Using this filter functionality provided in this page it is also possible to identify training programs undertaken by an employee in any specific period.

All the Training Programs to be Completed by his Team member(s) All the Training Programs completed by his Team member(s) The list provides complete details about each team member of a manager. By clicking on View/Recommend Training Course the page navigates to the details of the particular employee’s training data page – which indicates both “Pending Training Course(s) & Training Log. All important employee details are captured. Which includes date of joining, department, work role, function etc.,

Enables Managers to Recommend Training Course(s) for their team member Recommend trainings coinciding with the performance review Recommend trainings any time To Recommend a Training Courses click on Recommend Training Course

12 My Team Training – Recommend Training Course
Enables Managers to Recommend Training (s) for their team member Lists Available Training Course(s) Indicates previously recommended course(s) To Recommend a Training Courses click on Recommend Training Course. A window opens which lists All Available courses categorised into groups It also indicates previously recommended course(s) for the particular employee. Recommending course is easy: Select the course, use the right arrow to move it into “Recommended Courses”, Due date for completion of the course can also be recommended by using the calendar function to select a date. Finally, click on “Save” – to complete the recommendation process Automatic Notification can be enabled for the Employee & the HR about the Training Recommendation

13 Including New Training Course(s) – HR Admin
HR can include new Training Courses into the Organizations Training Courses Repository (Existing List of Training Courses) HR can include/add new training courses to the existing list. The courses can also be mapped to specific work role and department and can be made mandatory for the employees to ensure continuous learning (refresher) and reinforcement of knowledge. HR can plan & manage completion of all recommended Training Courses HR can plan & manage completion of all recommended training courses planned for the organization. This can be done by drilling down to the training plans of the organization unit, work role, designation and department. System can be configured for automatic notification & reminders for courses that are overdue for completion. System can be configured for Automatic Reminders for overdue courses

HR Admin will be able to generate reports pertaining to Trainings. Inbuilt filter options enables to set conditions for custom visualization and focus on specific information Different types of reports can be generated on Training Recommendation for further planning by the HR Training Related Reports can be generated by: Course Name Due Date Location Employee Date of Joining Organization Unit Feedback Cycle Name Level Trainer (Internal/External) Department/Track Designation Work Role Recommended By The Inbuilt filter option enables to have custom view of the training report to focus on the required information.
