Gen 22 – God will provide, but must be willing to give all
Ex 12 – Destroyer will pass over – blood is the token, ushers into liberty
Ex – Ensures God’s continued presence with us, sanctifies, consecrates

3. Lamb of God Jn 1 – First public introduction of Jesus, “Lamb of God”
Prayed for His life within stones throw of place where Isaac asked “where is the sacrifice?”
Led like a lamb to the sacrifice – Isa 53.7
Offered next morning in the very place of which it was said “It will be provided on the Lord’s mountain”
Passover Lamb – 1 Co 5.7

4. Lamb of God Entered heaven with His own blood – He 9.12
The Lamb now with the Father on throne in heaven
He and the Father are the Temple there – Rev 21.22
He is the Light there – Rev 21.23
The water of life flows from His throne there – Rev 22.1
His throne is there banishing all but good a righteous – Rev 22.3

5. Lamb of God Covers our nakedness and takes away our shame
By faith in Him and his blood we have fellowship with God
God provided, but we must be willing to give all
Destroyer will pass over us on that day, the blood being the guarantee of our freedom and favor
God’s presence is always with us because of Him
