TAMU Completed Project
Project name: Texas A&M University Institute for Genomic Medicine (TIGM) Procedure Room 1517 (College Station, Texas) Description: Converted the existing 228 SF Holding Room 1517 in to a procedure room by adding water, sewer, electrical, communication and HVAC (MEP) facilities. Renovation, under construction August 2015 228 SF October 15, December 14, 2014, 6 week delay due to jurisdictional research by client Johnson & Pace Incorporated provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services - JPI will provide construction drawings to upgrade utilities to serve the proposed procedure room. The proposed upgrades will serve the facilities shown on the diagram provided by SSC to JPI titled, TIGM Muneoka floor plan diagram.

The MEP facilities included a sink and associated water and sewer connections. Additionally, the communication facilities included coordinating with TAMU CIS department to determine scope, locations, and construction methods to add internet outlets. Dimensions, material, and layout areas were coordinated based on direction of SSC- Construction Cost Estimate, Bidding/Negotiation, assist during construction: Other construction phase services included review of material submittals and substitutions, review and submittal of contractor’s application for pay, preparation of Letter of Final Completion, and preparation of “As-Built” drawings based on plans marked-up by the contractor.

UHCL Project Project name: University of Houston – Clear Lake Police Building Site Work Houston, Texas Description: Site design for 63,000 SF of parking lot, driveway, and sidewalks; approximately 30,000 SF of earthwork; associated dry and wet utilities. Under construction January 2015 July 28, December 3, 2014, 6 week delay due to jurisdictional research by client Johnson & Pace Incorporated is the prime firm, general civil engineering

JW Operating – Northeast Texas Regional Offices
Description: Tasked by the Client to program architectural space requirements to consolidate various local divisions into a single Regional Office, JPI developed plans to integrate the new offices into an existing abandoned FFA building at the East Texas Regional Airport. The 28,000 square foot program necessitated efficient use of the existing 22,000 square foot facility and construction of a 6,100 Square foot addition. From Feasibility study and Space Programming to final design, bidding and Contract Administration, JPI provided full architectural and engineering services for the project including interior design, color selection and furnishings consultation.

Mechanical Engineering Services
Johnson & Pace MEP engineers provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services that comply with established design codes and technical guidelines. Using Autodesk Revit, our engineers use building information modeling (BIM) to keep facility design a collaborative, integrated process with architects and other designers.
