Postural assessment require observation of the kinetic chain (human movement system). Kinetic Chain Foot and Ankle Knee Lumbo-pelvic-hip complex (LPHC) Shoulders Head and cervical spine

4 Overhead Squat Assessment
Purpose: This is designed to assess dynamic flexibility, core strength, balance, and overall neuromuscular control.

5 Single-Leg Squat Assessment
Purpose: This transitional movement assessment also assesses dynamic flexibility, core strength, balance, and overall neuromuscular control. (highly level performance assessment).

6 Pushing and Pushup Assessments
Purpose: This assessment assesses movement efficiency and potential muscle imbalances during pushing movements.

7 Pulling Assessment Purpose: To assess movement efficiency and potential muscle imbalances during pulling movements.

8 Davies Test Purpose: This assessment measures upper extremity agility and stabilization. (May not be suitable for clients/athletes who lack shoulder stability.)

9 Shark Skill Test Purpose: The is designed to assess lower extremity agility and neuromuscular control. (This assessment should be viewed as a progression from the single-leg squat and, as such, may not be suitable for all individuals.)

The fitter you are, the quicker your heart rate will return to normal after exercise. Scoring: Here are the age-adjusted standards based on guidelines published by YMCA.
