What is it? A tool used to discuss talent and development for employees 8C and above at NHS England
How it works? Line managers use with their team members to establish clarity and shared understanding about an individual’s performance and potential, career direction and aspirations, and to agree support, development and next steps
Why it is useful in coaching? A great visual aid to discuss potential of the individual or their team by having them place themselves or members of their team on the grid when considering their career growth, talent, leadership, etc..
