A one-way dissemination of information, a practice of online public reporting, from government to citizens E-Governance A two-way dialogue and interaction between government and its citizens, in which citizens can participate and provide their opinion on government websites

Public Relations as an aspect of e-gov is not a collection of media tricks, hot technologies and platforms, and the latest personal devices. It is a purpose-oriented management activity

Focus on what you’re trying to accomplish, not on using any particular platform, media device, or media to get there

Citizens would gain skills for activist citizenship Citizens would achieve some control over the policy process
