tickets@mydesk Request: When to Place an Order
Orders may be placed when: GS inventory tickets are listed as “Available” These first come first served tickets are open for all users to request Manager approval is required.** GS inventory tickets are listed as “Taking Requests” These tickets are open to all users to request via the wait list function Manager approval is required first.** The Wait List Approver will review all approved requests and determine who will receive the tickets. GS inventory tickets have been “Allocated” directly to you These tickets are given to a specific user based on special circumstances. ** Reference the “Business Approval Process” document for cost thresholds.

1. Select the Quantity of tickets you wish to request. 2. Select Add to place the tickets in your shopping cart

Confirm the event and select Next to continue to the creation of your guest list.

Request: Placing an Order – Creating Guest List: 1. Select Usage Category Select Usage Category Select type of guest Search for guest by entering name and selecting Find. (You may create a new contact by using Add New Contact.) Once correct guest is selected, use the Add to Guest list button If entertaining Clients or Prospects, select the Client Entertainment category that matches your division With an appropriate business justification, some tickets may be available for Recruiting.

Request: Placing an Order – Creating Guest List: 2. Select type of guest Select Usage Category Select type of guest Search for guest by entering name and selecting Find. (You may create a new contact by using Add New Contact.) Once correct guest is selected, use the Add to Guest list button Contacts = Clients or Prospects Searches the names you have created under Contacts Associates = GS employees Searches the GS Directory for the Americas System Profiles = Generic guest types Most usage categories require specific names, so this should not be used frequently Add Myself = When you will be in attendance, select this option

Search for Contact Select Usage Category Select type of guest Search for guest by entering first name and last name into the blank field box, select name from displayed list (You may create a new contact by using New) Once correct guest is selected, use the Add to Guest list button Search for client contacts you have already created or for other GS attendees Select the name that is returned Use the Add To Guest list button to assign a ticket to the individual

Add New Contact Select Usage Category Select type of guest Search for guest by entering first name and last name into the blank field box, select name from displayed list (You may create a new contact by using New) Once correct guest is selected, use the Add to Guest list button Entertainment Policy Reminder: You (or another Goldman Sachs employee) and the Recipient both must attend the entertainment event. If no one from the firm attends the event with the Recipient, the cost of the event will be considered a gift and will fall under the limitations and restrictions applying to gifts. You may not offer any entertainment, no matter how nominal, to any Restricted Recipient unless it is specifically approved in advance by both your division’s Designated Business Approver and a Designated Compliance Approver. If you have not created a contact for your client or prospect, use New button Fill out the form as required and Save Client contacts you create will remain associated with your account and can be modified

Complete Business Justification Avoid including non-public information Enter Project Code if applicable Complete Pre-Approved Compliance Officer question as appropriate See Policy Reminder below Select Next to continue Entertainment Policy Reminder: You may not offer any entertainment, no matter how nominal, to any Restricted Recipient unless it is specifically approved in advance by both your division’s Designated Business Approver and a Designated Compliance Approver.

2 1 3 4 Select All to ship all tickets to one address or to create multiple shipments, select guest(s) Select Shipping Method. Please note that if a PDF symbol of: is displayed next to your tickets they are available in digital format. Digital tickets can only be sent via and therefore no other alternative shipping methods will be available to you. You can select which address you want the tickets shipped to by following step 3. Select Shipping Address from list or add a New Address (If shipping via , you can enter a new address) Select Create Shipment

Verify Shipments created and then select Next to continue.
