Panelist will be asked to provide a response to the question within 3 minutes timeframe

5. The JDEC’s membership includes:
  - A TAG Chair (MG Reisch), Vice Chair (BG Burks)
The Deputy Director of ARNG, Deputy Director of ANG, TAG advisors

6. Chair/Vice Chair
A Chair and Vice Chair are assigned to each of the 7 regions
They are selected by Regional JDEC members with CNGB approval
And structured to facilitate engagement with the Joint Diversity Executive Council

7. Chair/ Vice Chair Each JDEC Region is led by general officer (GO)
Should have the support of a State Diversity Council and State Level Diversity and Inclusion Program Advisor 

8. Chair/Vice Chair Regional Chair/Vice Roles:
Recommending regional interests
Communicating regional concerns
Ensuring Regional members informed of JDEC updates

9. JDEC Roles
Provide advice to CNGB and NG leaders on diversity and equal opportunity
Identifies best practices
Provide recommendations to build diverse workforce; sustains climate of equity and opportunity

10. JDEC Roles cont’d Communicates the CNGB’s message on diversity
Recommends outreach efforts to underrepresented populations
Assists in developing a NG Joint Diversity Strategy
