SUS Matrix for 2017 acceptances. (Handout #3-Gold) “Turn and Talk” Make sure you have taken “college prep courses” Inf. Geometry, Business math, and liberal arts math are NOT considered college prep courses 2 years of a foreign language or MORE!!! Need SAT/ACT scores See Mrs. Dunworth for free/reduced lunch waivers and test dates (Handout #4-Blue) **November SAT is FREE for all students due to Irma!!! Hand out #3

Apply NOW!!!…go to college’s website for instructions…All are different processes Official Transcript …Request from Mrs. Koster in front office (green slip in back of “Senior Folder”) $1 hardcopy/Free electronic copy Send SAT/ACT scores Go to SAT/ACT website; Fees Associated Write Essay …get it proof-read and modify for each school!!! Recommendations… Make sure school requires one!!! Brag sheet (Handout #5-Purple)

4 days total!!! 5. College Days Process
You only get 4 days between Junior and Senior Year Process Plan a college visit with college/university of choice Bring APPROVED documentation back to school -Give to Ms. Robinson in the front office -”Approved Documentation” includes letter from admissions/registrar, dated and signed, stating that you did visit on the day you were out of school. ***No College Visits last week of semester!!!

Criteria for eligibility–(Handout # 7-Green) 3.5/3.0 GPA in core classes SAT/ACT scores Volunteer Hours 100/75 Form 1-Get counselor to approve Form 2-Get from counselor after form 1 is complete and turned back in to your counselor Forms are found on DHS website 2 years of foreign lang.
