 Ellie Simmonds stole the show by becoming the first SM6 swimmer to race below three minutes in the 200m medley.  The 21-year-old – who has achondroplasia, or dwarfism – won her fifth Paralympic gold with a time of 2min 59.81sec.

#Hashtags, location, tagging etc… Good quality images and clips e.g whole images, no blur, let the image tell the story.

17 Social Media Branding It is equally important that you keep a consistent update across all of your social media channels including using similar names. Social media is hard to manage, so you need to constantly update – but do not over saturate. Keep it relevant to the social media channel, short and to the point.
