Differential Dilution
25 µL Blood µL Fix µL Diluent = 1/80 The EosinoFix reagent lyses the RBC, stabilizes the WBC in their native forms and stains the cells with a specific coloration, the Eosinophils are colored most intensely. After 12 seconds reaction the solution is stabilized with Diluent and is then transferred to the flowcell for analysis.
