Verify WRMA items against product labels
Verify Item number/description match product being returned
Collect All supporting documentation
Warranty Claim Form (where applicable)
Customer supporting documentation (where applicable)
Stage WRMA product on a pallet in the designated WRMA area
Include product label with item
Complete steps 1 thru 3 for all Warranty Items returned via ATD/NTD Route Truck

5. WRMA Processing WRMA SW What is X?
Identify the first WRMA item to be processed
Using Handheld Device, select menu option 2 (RMA Ops)
Select Menu Option 1 (Receive)
If prompted, enter org code
Scan WRMA number from the WRMA label
Scan or enter the Oracle Item number for the item in question
Scan the LPN barcode on the WRMA product

Ctrl + Gray + L to confirm - Receive
Scan the “RCV.01.A.” locator barcode
Confirm the Unit of Measure (UOM), press enter
Enter a Quantity of 1 and press enter
Note: Warranty RMA’s are one unit per WRMA number
Scroll down and select Done
On the Receipt Information screen, press enter to progress thru the menu option and select done
Repeat Steps 9 thru 16 for all remaining WRMA items to process

Using the Handheld Device, from the main menu, select menu option 2 (RMA Ops)
Select Menu Option 2 (Deliver)
Scan the LPN number on WRMA Label for the first item
Select Drop and press enter
Scan the ADJ.01.A. barcode

Select “Drop Full LPN” and press enter
Place the item into the ADJ.01.A. bin
Preferably onto a wooden pallet for future shipment to the Warranty Center
Ensure WRMA Product Label is properly affixed to the item
Use Fed-Ex clear pouch
Affix label to tread area
Place any supporting documents into the designated area for future shipment to the Warranty Center
Repeat steps for all remaining items to be put- away
