A 2 day program. Day 1 covers MBTI. Day 2 covers the application of MBTI and other concepts for Teamwork.

Managers, AVPs and VPs

The program will be conducted at the client’s location, as per the client’s preferred timings

This program does not have any post program work to be done by participants
Class room requirement
A standard classroom with enough seating for 15 to 20 participants, flip charts, markers, whiteboard and a projector are required.

6. Facilitator
After working with various corporates for 25 years, Sampath Iyengar He was earlier working with MphasiS as Vice-president & led a team of people. Prior to Mphasis, Sampath worked in senior management positions at companies such as Vanguard Info Solutions Limited, Zenith Software, iVega corporation, Espak Agro and Constructions Equipment India Pvt. Ltd.
He holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Mysore and is a Global Certified Manager through an executive program from IIMC. He is an avid Marathoner and has completed several tough courses.
Sampath is a certified MBTI facilitator. He has facilitated several workshops for a variety of companies including Telstra, Airfye.com, SLK Software Ltd., Nokia, Birla Soft, IBM, Oracle, Wipro, HCL Technologies, Mercedes Benz, Gebbs Healthcare etc. He has also trained High Court and Supreme Court Judges in India and other Asian Countries in MBTI.
