Rest a barbell on the front of the shoulders supporting it underneath with both hands, elbows forwards and high. Stand with feet roughly shoulder width apart and toes turned out (think 10 o’clock & 2 o’clock on a clock face) Keep the weight on the heels throughout, core and gluteals engaged, chest and elbows high Break at the hips and knees simultaneously lowering the backside down towards the heels aiming to get the hips below the level of the knees Push up through the heels to return back to the start position Ensure the knees track over the toes and back stays as vertical as possible Created by:
