2. CHOP/Cover-Up
Decide on the number of cubes you will use for today’s game.
Player 1 hides a stack with that number of cubes behind their back.
Player 2 says “Chop the blocks.”
Player 1 shows Player 2 one part of the chopped set of cubes.
After counting the shown cubes, Player 1 tells Player 2 how many blocks are hidden.
Player 1 and 2 then switch jobs.
Cover-Up works the same way, just with blocks covered up by a paper bowl or plate.

3. CHOP

4. Roll a Sum Player 1 rolls two dice and adds up the total.
The players compare the two sums.

5. Roll a Sum

6. Combinations War Deal the deck of cards between Player 1 & 2.
Each player turns over 2 cards. The players add up the sum of their two cards. Whichever player’s sum is greater wins those 2 cards.
If the sum of the 2 players’ cards is equal, each player turns over a third card and adds that card to their sum.
The game continues until one player runs out of cards.

8. Headbands Decide on the total you will use for today’s game.
Player 1 draws a card and holds it to his or her forehead.
Player 2 counts up the missing number that would add to Player’s 1’s card to make the total number.
Player 1 tells Player 2 what card is shown.
Player 1 and 2 switch jobs.
