O’ Grady cited that engagement means enrolling people by incorporating their perspectives and personal values in decisions and actions that affect their lives, over which they have clear ownership ( Nohra, groysbery , & Lee. 2008: Walker, 2012). For effective staff engagement strong connection between personal values and goals and those of the organizations shall be made evident. (O’Grady) Professional attachment and value may yield to meaning, commitment and purpose. ( Bahuth., Blum, & Simone,2013)

3 Conflict issues . Leaders of healthcare organization should always be on the lookout for potential for conflict. .To reduce the chance of unnecessary conflict, leaders must pay attention to relationship issues and maintain honest and open context for the work.

4 Possible ways to Solve conflict
Goal : Building relationships in order to increase staff productivity and engagement Step 3 Developing strategies to resolve conflict Step 2 Acknowledge differences Step 1 Open communication

5 Authenticity is the key.
. Leaders must remains self aware and genuine. . No one style is absolute, or appropriate for all situations . George (2004) cited leaders such as George Washington, Mother Teresa and John F. Kennedy , all led in their own unique style.

I have a best friend at work . In the last six months someone at work has talked to me about my progress. This last year, I have had opportunities to learn and grow.

11 Conclusion Promoting and or encouraging Team Engagement involves believing in each other as a unit block despite our differences, beliefs, and culture . Treating the other as you would want to be treated. Building trust among each other . Maintain mutual honesty and respect.
