Beth England What is your official role within football?
Playing for Doncaster Belles in the Women's Super League. What qualifications do you hold? 11 GCSEs A*-C 4 A levels Law, Citizenship, Sociology & Health and Social care. Currently studying LLB law degree at Manchester BPP Career journey? I stated playing at the age of 6/7 where I started off in a boys team. From here I then went onto playing for Sheffield United girls centre of excellence for 5 years before then being scouted for Doncaster Belles at the age of 16. I played for the reserves for 6 months before then joining the 1st team squad. I was the youngest player in the WSL when the league first started and have been at Doncaster ever since. It will soon be coming up to my 5th year at the belles. Next step? Hopefully get into WSL 1 with Doncaster. Try and be more involved with England and get a few more call ups and also within the next couple of years pass my degree and start building on my future along side football. Random fact about yourself? Before every game I have a set routine (superstitious!) I always have to have a pre match bath. If I don't I feel on edge and not fully prepared to play.

Suey Smith What is your official role within football?
FA County Coach developer for the North Riding Assistant Manager for Doncaster Belles What qualifications do you hold? A licence Prep UEFA B FA Youth Award FA Tutor Career journey? I have been involved in football coaching for the last 14 years! Always had a love for the game from playing and wanted to carry this on in my career. Leaving school at 16 I had the opportunity to be part of the apprenticeship scheme at Hull City. Here I gained my first football qualifications level 1 and level 2. I had 5 amazing years at Hull gaining experience and knowledge working with primary school children. I also ran the girls programme for the club. Following this I made the move to the East Riding CFA to become girls and disability community coach. Passing my UEFA B and working along the disability football pathway supporting schools and clubs.

Suey Smith Lastly before my new role in the FA I have been team leader for the FA skills programme in the East Riding. This role has been amazing for me to gain experience with other coaches and upskill and support teachers, parents and other grassroots coaches working in the 5-11 age group. Next step? Embrace and challenge myself in the new role for the FA. I'm looking forward to see the impact we can have in the North Riding to support and work with the future coaches. Of course continue to work with Doncaster Belles and the amazing players we have to seal the promotion and the title of champions of WSL2! Random fact about yourself? I have a supermodel of a dog!!
