1. ZCC -FUNERAL CASH PLAN

3. OBJECTIVE
To provide you with all the information about the product so as to enable you to explain it explicitly to your subjects/fellow church members

4. Product Description The ZCC Funeral Cash Plan
The Funeral Cash Plan is a unique funeral product which offers either a cash benefit or the actual service upon death of an insured person.
The Funeral Cash Plan is a funeral policy which is open to all church members.
The policy will be offered under ZCC funeral scheme.

5. The members can choose different funeral covers to themselves and their dependants depending on their affordability.
Funeral benefits are paid either in cash or receiving the actual services. For clients who choose to have funeral services, the difference between the sum assured and cost of funeral service is paid out in cash.

6. The Funeral Cash Plan is unique in that it offers the following:
An option for cash benefit or funeral services.
There is no limit on number of children or other adult dependants that can be covered.
Children are covered up to the age of 23years if they are still at a tertiary institution otherwise they are covered up to the age of 18 years.

7. There are five Plans under the Funeral Cash Plan namely:
ZCC Funeral Plan – Guaranteed cash/service of up to $500
Basic Plan – Guaranteed cash/service of up to $1500
Premier Plan – Guaranteed cash/service of up to $2500
Executive Plan – Guaranteed cash/service of up to $3500
Elite Plan – Guaranteed cash/service of up to $4500
Please note that all dependants under each plan will be covered for 50% of the principal members’ cover – inorder to get the full cover they ought to pay a double premium

8. Immediate Funeral Cover
Based on the benefits and conditions for ZCC Funeral Scheme – there is immediate funeral cover.
Please emphasise: All members who will join three (3) months later from parish/cell’s effective date will have a six months’ waiting period before they can enjoy the benefits under this scheme.
