2. Access control maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance of all elements & access points (turnstiles, material doors, access keys, doors, search box, power supply…).
½ day per access point.
1 day per sites tunnel.
Transparent for access.
Tests individual site
½ day per site.
No access. To be scheduled in collaboration with coordination team.
Tests inter-machine doors : PS/SPS & SPS LHC.
PS/SPS TT10: To be defined (YDPZ =TT10).
SPS/LHC: 19/01 TI8 (YDPZ =TI8) & 22/01 TI2 (YDPZ =TI2).
Tests Global Access system.
1 day for Chain 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Tests DSO.
1 day for Chain 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. “All EIS beam shall be available”.
Transfer ACCESS MODE & ACCESS CONTROL.
CCC OP SPS to CSA (changing the local configuration, ½ day for all site). No access.
CSA to CCC OP SPS (changing the local configuration, ½ day for all site). No access.
To be scheduled in collaboration with coordination team.

3. Access control maintenance & Safety evolutions
BA80 create an interlock with the ventilation system.
ECR N° En cour de rédaction: EN_CV
Cabling.
Load PLC prog.
Upgrade Scada WINCC.
Test: 1 day. No access.
To be scheduled in collaboration with EN-CV and coordination team.
ECA4, ECA5, BA6, BA7 create an interlock with radiation monitor.

Cabling each site.
Load PLC program for each site.
Testing each site. 1 day (chain 1 & 2 & 4), No access.
To be scheduled in collaboration with HSE-RP and coordination team.
