1. In regards to planning, we are adopting three different types of planning for each managerial level. Strategical, Tactical and Operational planning. For the strategical type, the top management defines what our long-term goals are should be for the next one to five years with the resources that we have and what future resources that we may acquire without overlooking any outside organization environmental conditions and the competitive situations. An example of these plans is our expansion plan in South Carolina. We are aiming to open three stores there that will serve 200,000 customers with human resources of 8,000 employees.
