3 PureCure History PureCure LLC, founded in 2013, is a non-profit organization headquartered in Oakland California. Its’ founders collaborated with our manufacturer to build the PureCure brand on dissolvable mouth strips, which became its core product, in addition to the oils the company sells and patches and tinctures in the works. *** Throughout its 4 year existence in the Medical Marijuana market, PureCure has cultivated a brand presence of being science driven, patient friendly, and effective. PureCure was founded with a vision to produce medicinal cannabis products without the harsh side effects of smoking the raw plant. The company was one of the first in the state to produce and sell high quality cannabis vape cartridges, and tinctures, and is the only large scale producer of thc and cbd soluble breath strips. 6 PureCure’s Market As the awareness of the medicinal benefits of CBD, THC, and terpene cannabis products continues to grow, dispensaries are now seeking cannabis products with a reputation for quality given the growing broader medicinal market acceptance and the opportunity for greater margins on the higher quality products the new market is seeking. This is especially important for brands targeting the aging, affluent baby boomer segment of the market who are concerned with and willing to pay a premium for the purity of the active ingredients. These customers could be purchasing CBD from wellness stores as well as smoke shops, opening up new sales channels for PureCures product line. PureCure’s current market consist of dozens of dispensaries primarily located in the California Bay Area. As the popularity of PureCure’s product line has grown through customer satisfaction and the recognition of its brand for quality and purity, the opportunity to expand the company's market throughout California and beyond is exciting. Through direct dispensary marketing and customer inquiries, PureCure shall more than double its existing market in the next twelve months, and more so, as it expands into the greater California market by the beginning of 2018 with or without the approval of the Adult Use Marijuana Act in November this year (“AUMA”). Since trump has taken office, efforts from large companies to enter the market have slowed. With the new administration being somewhat unclear on its stance on medical marijuana this offers small companies like PureCure much needed time to secure its footing in the market.
