2 Spiritual Wealth in Christ
Ephesians l: 1 – 14

3 We have been CHOSEN in Christ before the Foundation of the World
Ephesians 1:4, “For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight …”

4 We have been PREDESTINED in the Beloved
Ephesians1: 4-5, “In love, he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will …”

5 We have been ACCEPTED in the Beloved
Ephesians 1:6, “to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.”

6 We have been REDEEMED and all our sins have been forgiven
Ephesians 1:7, “In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.”

7 We have been INITIATED into the Divine Mystery
Ephesians 1:8-9, “that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ …”

8 We have obtained an INHERITANCE
Ephesians 1:11, “In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will.”

9 We have been SEALED with the HOLY SPIRIT of Promise
Ephesians 1:13-14, “… When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance ...”

10 God’s picture of the NATURAL MAN
Ephesians 2: 1-12

11 The Natural Man is “dead in sins and transgressions”
Ephesians 2:1, “As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins …”

12 The Natural Man walks “according to the ways of this world”
Ephesians 2:2, “in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.”

13 The Natural Man is a child “Of Wrath ”
The Natural Man wants to gratify the cravings of his sinful nature and to follow its desires and thoughts. The Natural Man is a child “Of Wrath ” Ephesians 2:3, “All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath.”

14 The Natural Man is “separate from Christ”
Ephesians 2:12, “remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world.”

15 The Natural Man is “excluded from citizenship”
The Natural Man is a “foreigner” The Natural Man is “without hope and without God”

16 The Natural Man is an “enemy” of God
Ephesians 2: 15-16, “… by which he put to death their hostility.”

17 Brought near by the Blood of Jesus Christ
Ephesians 2: 13-22

18 We have been Born Again and have received Eternal Life
Ephesians 2:l & 5, “1 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions it is by grace you have been saved.

19 We have been Raised to Sit in Heavenly Places in Christ
Ephesians 2:6, “And God Raised Us Up with Christ and Seated Us With Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus …”

20 We have been Saved by His Grace
Ephesians 2:8 to 10, “For it is by Grace you have been saved, through faith …”

21 We have been Reconciled and are now at Peace with God
Ephesians 2:14 – 16, “For he himself is our peace … His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross ...”

22 We have been Brought into a New Relationship with God
Ephesians 2: 18, “For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.”

23 We have been Made Members of the Household of God
Ephesians 2: 19, “Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household …”

24 We have been Made Fit Dwelling Places for God
Ephesians 2: 22, “And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.”

25 Conclusion Spiritual Blessings in Christ Made Alive IN CHRIST
