What is Grants for Networking in EaP PLUS
EaP PLUS project aim is to support the stronger interaction of Eastern Partnership (EaP) researchers with EU counterpart & their participation in H2020 Grants for Networking - one of the tasks in EaP PLUS - financially supports the participation of local researchers from EaP countries in: 1. Brokerage Events related to Horizon2020 2. Preparatory Meetings for the development of concrete project proposals for selected thematic calls within H2020 Aim: development of concrete project proposals for selected thematic calls within H2020 Minimum one EaP researcher and one EU MS/non-EaP AC researcher develop jointly the H2020 application It gives special priority to applications concerning SPIRE calls which are explicitly encouraging participation from EaP countries Aim of the task: extending scientific networks between EU MS/non-EaP AC and EaP countries increasing the number of EaP researchers in submitted H2020 project proposals Ádám Dávid / RCISD

Guidelines for Applicants
Who can apply for the grant? Country: Local researchers from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine Institution: Research entities e.g. research institutions/organizations, higher education institutions etc., Industry Municipalities SMEs Selection process Formality and eligibility check: Applications have to comply with the formality and eligibility criteria in order to be considered within the evaluation process Evaluation: The evaluation, based on a specified scoring matrix will be carried out More information: Ádám Dávid / RCISD

Guidelines for Applicants
Funding requirements The Grants will be paid by the Local Partner as a reimbursement for travel costs (travel, accommodation, event participation fee, visa costs and per diem or actual expenses) in accordance to Local Partner rules Important dates First call Closed Second call Final deadline for submission: 31 May 2018 (The application form needs to be sent minimum one month before the selected event) candidates can apply for event scheduled between November 2017 and 31 August 2018 Ádám Dávid / RCISD
