Serve as a forum to influence the development and improvement of the Pennsylvania Integrated Library System for the benefit of Pennsylvania Integrated Library System User Group members.
Foster and improve communication and relationships among members, and between members.
Gather and share information on the use of the Pennsylvania Integrated Library System products among members.
Coordinate and prioritize member requests for development, documentation and support of the Pennsylvania Integrated Library System.

Reassess Equinox service at least every three years.
Establish more equitable membership fee model.
