10. Key Differences: Data Management
When a document’s ID and line ID is referenced in an inbound document – the two are linked together in the system (i.e. PO Number, Line ID and Schedule Line ID)
System sends out documents based on a timed ‘sweep’
Only have a ‘send’ capability for some documents (i.e. ASN and Service Invoices)
Data is processed at the LINE level (for PO’s - schedule line)
(1) Total number of POs in system:  -  POs with more than 25 lines: 8740  -  POs with more than 50 lines: 2886  -  POs  with more than 100 lines: 878

11. My Workspace – Counts at ‘Line’ Level
Navigation via My Workspace
As previously stated, each box in My Workspace shows a particular module of the SCP system and what is going on within that module. For example, in the Order Summary box, you will see that there are number of Order States – New, Updated, Supplier Rejected and so on. These are covered in more detail in the other training courses. You will also see that there is a Total column. Wherever you see a non-zero number, you can click the number and that will take you directly to the information that is contained in that state.
