2. MISSION & TARGET GROUPS
Tecnopras is a consultancy and training company that provides – on one side employers, employees, trainers and social operators, on the other side young graduated, women, unemployed, disadvantaged people – with the instruments, strategies and skills necessary to face the challenges of a labour market that is constantly changing and to plan the development of personal ambitions.

3. THE DEVELOPMENT
Founded in 1981 as company dealing with technical plannings
In 1991 re-design and enlargement of its activities, introducing vocational training and consultancy for the development of HR as one of the core businesses.
Since 1998 participation in projects with financial support of the European Union, working with transnational partnerships for the improvement of individual and organizational competences

Vocational training and lifelong education for adults
Consultancy-Action for stress management, bossing, communication, team work, leadership, motivation, creativity
Balance of competences
Training the trainers and professional/social operators
Design, experimentation and promotion of innovative paths, methodologies and instruments in training

Leonardo da Vinci “Smart Edu - Satellite Multimedia and Rapid Transfer of Education”, , coordinated by Main Data (Slovakia). Topic: teaching via videoconference.
Leonardo da Vinci “Loxandra - Training of Unskilled and Semiskilled Single Parents for Entry into the Productive Labour Market”, , coordinated by Intercollege (Cyprus). Topic: qualification and requalification of socially disadvantaged people.

Socrates-Grundtvig 2 “Shaping of active attitudes in opposition to passive ones among socially disadvantaged adults”, , coordinated by Institute of Creative Proceedings (Poland). Topic: development of creativity and entrepreneurial skills in adults to face social disadvantage.
Socrates-Grundtvig 2 “A trip to the roots of Europe”, , coordinated by IES 1° Ribeira, Spain (1° year) and Tecnopras (2° year). Topic: exchange of local culture and traditions in adult education.
Socrates-Grundtvig 2 “Adult Learners’ Forum”, , coordinated by Andras (Estonia). Topic: learning forum as instrument for the education of adults.
