14. Enhancements
For the first 12 months we worked within the building as designed and were able to identify a number of areas for improvement. This has included the following modifications:
Anti glare blinds to reduce impact on computer users in the library.

Re-purposing the youth area for all library users

Installing iPads in the children’s area and providing more comfortable seating
Dedicated recharge point at the entrance of the library for mobility scooters
Moving collections around to better suit areas and adding additional shelving
Improving the acoustics in the Town Hall
