2. SPA Program Review and CAEP Accreditation
Two steps of CAEP Accreditation Process if Selecting SPA Review Option:
Step #1: Program Review submitted to SPA three years prior to site visit (Program level review)

3. CAEP REQUIREMENTS
All EPPs (Educator Preparation Providers) seeking CAEP Accreditation must complete program review
PURPOSE:
Gather evidence for current accreditation cycle (CAEP Standard 1)
Initiate process to receive full National Recognition by visit date
Initiate process to continue National Recognition status before expiration date
National recognition is only awarded by successfully navigating the SPA program review process
