The main idea of Anne Frank's diary entry is that She was feeling impatient. She was planning to go out. She was feeling the need of having a friend.

Writing Now it's your turn to write an online diary entry. What do you want to write about? Your feelings, a recent experience you had, your day at school, some friends you have? Choose a topic and write a draft. You can use the entry above and the entries on page 115 as a reference. Ask a classmate to read your draft. Get some feedback. Rewrite your entry based on the feedback you had and make any improvements or necessary corrections. Proofread your work.
