So, what did we do?
We made contact with our partners to explain what we were doing and what support we needed
We used direct questioning to bottom out specific areas
We asked the Civil Contingencies Unit (CCU) to produce and distribute a questionnaire based on the score card
We met with internal teams to the local authority
