MISSION To help neighbors meet emergency needs for food, clothing and emergency shelter; and to help those who are homeless secure a home and the resources to stay there. To make connections for food, shelter and a future

Weekly - up to 60 days per year, intake 2 days per week, approx. 70 people per night, 750 per year. Journey Program – Case management, committed bed, days but based upon plan. Approx. 70 people per night, 250 per year. To make connections for food, shelter and a future SUPPORTED BY ENHANCED DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

FY ESSENTIAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOOD, SHELTER AND A FUTURE Issue: Building condition is insufficient for clients and supporters Bathrooms and shower unsanitary and heavily worn, also not enough of them. Building lobby inadequate for greeting guests and maintaining security- no reception area, poor sight lines. Kitchen food cooler/freezer 30 years old No exterior signage or landscaping Program spaces inefficient No space for intern program HVAC and electrical upgrades needed NOT A SUFFICIENT ENVIRONMENT FOR EXCELLENCE 13
