Conduct orientation and induction programmes at the beginning of the course for the staff and the students.
Speak about vocations during the monthly Eucharistic celebration

A staff member is designated as career and placement officer.
Conduct aptitude tests for students
Introduce mentoring for all students with the help of mentoring manuals prepared by the province commission
Organize finishing school program at the end of the year for the outgoing students

9. Preventive System
The staff members are given orientation and guidance in implementing preventive system
Salesian presence is insisted upon especially during intervals
Staff members are involved in every activity planned and executed by the students
Copy of Don Bosco’s life is given to all the staff members and the same is made available at the library for the students

Personal follow up of students through mentoring by the teachers and Salesians.
Screening of film on Don Bosco and other value based short films
Importance is given to music and sports
The church is at the centre. Available and open for anyone to pray.
The Salesians are in cassock whenever they are in the presence of youth.
