1 Camp Maclean Informational Meeting
November 15, 2016

2 Dates Leave Audubon at 8:00am on Monday, May 15th
Return to Audubon at 3:30pm on Wednesday, May 17th

3 Monday Itinerary 10:00am - Arrival, Orientation, and Tour
12:15pm - Lunch 1:15pm - Class 1, 2, 3 and breaks 5:30pm - Dinner 6:30pm - Game 8:00pm - Campfire and S’mores 9:00pm - Return to cabin for the night

4 Tuesday Itinerary 8:00am - Breakfast 9:00am - Class 4 and 5
12:00pm - Lunch 1:00pm - Class 6, 7, 8 and break 5:30pm - Dinner 7:00pm - Game and Night Hike 9:00pm - Return to cabin for the night

5 Wednesday Itinerary 8:00am - Pack and move out of cabins
8:30am - Breakfast 9:30am - Class 9, 10, and break 12:00pm - Lunch 12:45pm - Class 11 1:40pm - restroom/group photo/load busses 2:00pm - Depart

6 Cost & Payment The cost of camp is $150 per person
Transportation Camp Sunscreen/Bug spray/first aid necessities Payment is due Tuesday, January 17th

7 Parent Chaperones 6 men and 6 women (2 per cabin)
Will be responsible for all kids in your cabin group 100% of the time Sleeping in cabin with kids Managing bed time routines and hygiene Attending and participating in all classes If you and your child are opposite genders, you likely will not spend much time together A lot of work, but so much fun!

8 Signing up to Chaperone
An will go out at noon on November 30th The will include a Sign-Up Genius link to sign up to chaperone The slots tend to fill quickly Chaperones must also pay the $150 fee and complete the process to become an approved CPS overnight chaperone. This includes: Tuberculosis Test Background Check Fingerprinted If you have chaperoned our camping trip in the past, we ask that you allow newcomers the opportunity to sign up first. If there are available slots on December 1st, we will open it up to second-timers. We also ask that only one chaperone per family fill a slot.
