Statistics in the asian market
As of 2015, approximately 22,510 jet airplanes are in service in Asia Expected to double in the 20 years to fleet of airplanes. 39,620 new airplanes will be needed to meet this demand. 28,140, 71%, of these new airplanes will be single-aisle airplanes. Of these 39,620 new airplanes, Asia will require approx. 40%, Europe and North America combined will need approx. 40%, and the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and C.I.S will need the remaining 20%. (Boeing, 2016)
