The mission of the WPA organization shall be to provide effective accommodations and accessibility programming and services in a professional and responsive manner. We aspire to create a world-class culture of inclusion which maximizes the contributions of individuals of all abilities, and raise Northrop Grumman's internal and external profile as an Employer of Choice.

Why Diversity Self-ID is so Important Help determine inclusion strategies to improve the work experience for all employees, invest resources in key initiatives and measure progress Customers sometimes request demographic data on Northrop Grumman’s workforce as part of the bid proposal. This data can help Northrop Grumman win new contracts by having a more accurate view of our employee base Help better understand needs of different segments of the workforce to influence decision making around EAP resources, Work Life solutions, webcasts, speakers, and other program offerings Help measure recruiting success focus future recruiting initiatives As a result of new forms, categories, and definitions resurveying the entire workforce periodically assists the company in meeting our federal compliance regulatory obligations Inclusion Begins With Us… A diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment are central to innovation, competitiveness and top performance. An important step in promoting inclusion of all employees and removing potential barriers is to understand better the diversity of our employees.
