Mason Mason is a four year old child who stole money from a neighbor’s house. What should be done? Nothing, he doesn’t no what money is Return money Be punished not severely Not be punished Should be told that what he did was wrong If 14- Be grounded, depends on amount of money for punishment, any damage to the house, go to counseling, pay money back, write apology letter, why is he alone?

Zoe Zoe- a 7 year old girl who threw a ball at a window and broke it
Punishments-apologize to the neighbor, pay for a portion of the window, it was an accident, parents pay for the window, did she try to throw it at the window?, depends on the situation

Jayden Jayden- a 6th grader who threw a stone at a neighbor’s window.

Jesse A 16 year old who used to have firecrackers and a firecracker explosion went off at his school. Punishments- Did he do it? Get expelled, someone might have framed Jesse, not enough information to prove Jesse’s crime Thoughts on him possessing firecrackers- expelled, suspended, fine
