Things to consider when developing the action plan: Have I incorporated a “growth” areas from the Reflect & Plans into this Action Plan? Do I know exactly how I will implement this coaching technique? In other words, have I been specific? Is this a manageable next step for me, one that I am very likely to complete and succeed at implementing? How will I measure improvement? How will I know if I have done this? Things to consider when developing the action plan: Are the tasks ordered sequentially? What does it mean to choose a “relevant” coaching goal? Is my goal relevant? Are there deadlines/timelines realistic? Are there resources (training, materials, information) needed in order to complete the tasks and achieve the objectives?
