B.A. degree in History/Philosophy from David Lipscomb University.
Master’s Degree in Teaching from Belmont University.
Been with WCS for 15 years
Married 13 years
Father of 2, Lillian is in 7th Grade at Mill Creek Middle, Carly Tate is in 1st Grade at Mill Creek Elementary
Hobbies: Lots of hobbies but I’m a huge foodie, love to cook, explore different cuisines, try new restaurants, etc.

7. PBIS PBIS – Positive Behaviors Interventions and Supports
Behavioral program that focuses on reinforcing positive behaviors
Students who are following expectations are awarded OARS points
Throughout the semester, they will have the opportunity to “spend” those points in the lunchroom at the “Dock.”
At the end of every nine weeks, there is a celebration, Maverick Madness.
There is an app that you as parents can download to check the amount of OARS points your child has. You will need your child’s QR code, which I have for you.
