Note that there is an e-IRG delegates meeting on 23 November at the same venue;
There is an e-IRG workshop on 24 and 25 November (morning) ;
There will be a dinner for e-IRG and GÉANT GA delegates on 24 November
GA will start after lunch on 25 November and end at lunchtime on 26 November
Main item of business: 2016 AOPB and Board elections
Proposal is to hold an additional GA meeting on 14/15 October in Brussels
Interrupted by a special GÉANT event on 14 October early evening at or near the European Parliament
Main items of business: Cost Sharing / Membership fees, upcoming EU calls, Bylaw and Article changes
