There is so much data available out there, you just need to know where to look. Sometimes there is no need to spend thousands or tens of thousands on conducting sequencing, methylation, mutational studies because data is available and right there at your fingertips. We will show you where to look for this data and take you through some basic analyses.
We are going to introduce you the world of programming. There are so many programming and scripting languages out there. We will definitely introduce you to the R programming environment because it is widely used by bioinformaticians to conduct analyses of biological data..
