Go-Live Date = March 13th IT needs 2 weeks to program new devices prior to deployment. (Thus, devices must be ordered by Feb 6th) EROC and Nurse Manager Council meetings are scheduled for the week of Feb 6th. (Next meeting is March 10th) Project Budget: $600,000 1 FTE ($55k, including benefits) Minimal team member scheduling impact. Time Scope Cost
