ALCOHOL WHAT IS ALCOHOL?
Alcohol (ethanol or ethyl alcohol) is the ingredient found in beer, wine and spirits that causes drunkenness. Alcohol is formed when yeast ferments (breaks down without oxygen) the sugars in different food. For example, wine is made from the sugar in grapes, beer from the sugar in malted barley (a type of grain), cider from the sugar in apples, vodka from the sugar in potatoes, beets or other plants.

SOLUTIONS ON ALCOHOLISM
What is a possible solution for alcoholism? There are a few possibilities for anyone who is struggling to quit drinking. 1) Individual counseling or therapy sessions 2) Holistic growth The idea behind holistic growth is that, you try to push yourself to grow personally in all areas of your life. So instead of just focusing on spiritual growth, you would branch out from that and also focus on physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects of your life. Alcoholism and addiction are a progressive disease. That means that alcoholism and addiction never cures itself
