How are We Phasing SH 114 Work?
What you will see: Phase 1 – Move existing traffic into the center Phase 2 – Reconstruct outside ramps and general purpose lanes Phase 3 – Once complete, switch traffic onto these new general purpose lanes and build the toll managed lanes in the middle
