5. Submission of Request
An request for a CRN is sent to David Frankenstein
David assigns the request a CRN number and sends the document to the author
The author writes the proposal and submits the document to David via

6. Document Review
David Frankenstein will upload the submitted CRN onto the SharePoint site initiating the workflow
Each voting member will receive an requesting: Tasks-Please approve CRN ###. The will come with directions

The voter is provided two choices to vote on the CRN proposal but actually has three options available for vote:
Approve: The voter has no issues with the proposal and agrees to proceed
Request Change: The voter has some concerns with the proposal that requires changes
Not Voting or N/A: This proposal has no effect on the voting party
