I would like to highlight the principal office locations for our team and reinforce that we are stakeholders in the success of the Hollywood CRA.

9. SCOPE OF SERVICES
PROVIDE GRANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO ENSURE THAT GRANTS ARE COMPLETED AND FILED WITH APPROPRIATE AGENCIES IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Technically oriented to complete the detailed, “boring but required” parts of the grant
Familiar with grant writing techniques
Provide project schedules from grant application through construction and grant close out
Contract Compliance Experience
Budget Development & Management

10. SCOPE OF SERVICES
PREPARE AND SUBMIT ALL DOCUMENTS, DRAWINGS, BUDGET, ETC. TO QUALIFY FOR VARIOUS GRANTS
Provide renderings, construction drawings, conceptual plans in house
Experience with budget/cost estimating including:
Construction costs
Arts improvements
Tourism
Coastal sustainability
Grant compliance through out construction and close out

CONSULT WITH GRANT FUNDING ENTITIES AND INFORM THE CRA OF THE DETAILS.
Grant coordination
Meetings with agencies to determine project fit
Understanding of the CRA’s goals and future project lists
Follow-up with CRA and agencies to find matches

12. SCOPE OF SERVICES
COLLABORATE WITH CRA TO ESTABLISH THE PROGRAM’S OBJECTIVES AND HOW TO ALLOCATE THE BUDGET
Establish a project/program priority list

Find the grant to fit the project needs
Communicate the schedule and financial obligations of the grant

13. COST OF SERVICES
BMC is open to negotiating a fixed monthly “retainer” once the workload and responsibilities of each party are more fully developed. Any estimate of total fee would be dependent on knowing the level of effort, number of grants applied for, managed, implemented and closed out. We therefore offer the rate table below for your consideration in response to the CRA’s request for rates.
