3 WHY WEAR MAKEUP ON STAGE?
*to enhance the actor’s features and coloring and make him more visible and distinctive, in other words, so the audience can SEE you! *helps create a visual character

4 Definition of Stage Makeup
Any cosmetic effect, including hair, that enhances or changes an actor’s appearance.

5 Makeup Crew The professional crew in charge of designing and applying makeup for each professional actor. Student actors generally apply their own makeup.

COSMETICS Facial Hair: BEARDS, GOATEES, & MUSTACHES 3. WIGS, HAIRSTYLES, & HAIR COLOR 4. SCARS, WARTS, BRUISES AND FALSE NOSES TONES ON ANY SKIN VISIBLE TO THE AUDIENCE
