Study 2 story goodness. Story goodness was plotted as a function of story grammar and story completeness. Again, lines dividing the graphs into quadrants are set at 1 SD below the group mean for typical development. The narrative performance of the groups with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder and optimal outcomes is more varied than that of the group with typical development.
