Recent study on Walk Leaders and the effects of Volunteering
The more walks that a volunteer leads, the stronger the positive effect on their mental health. Being a volunteer walk leader improves your sense of purpose in life. VDS have been working in partnership with PFA for 2 years now, here are some highlights from the current study.
