~ connecting ~ sharing ~ improving ~ The Scottish Health Council is part of Healthcare Improvement Scotland The Scottish Health Council has a unique contribution to make. Through our Participation Network, we act as a bridge between evidence and policy and practice in participation for the NHS in Scotland. We develop, interpret and share research and learning so that practitioners have access to practical resources and effective and innovative ways of working which transform the experience of patients, carers and communities.
