For any organization, delivering documents for board and management meetings can be hard. Printing and shipping documents is time-consuming and costly. ed documents get lost in inboxes. Pervasent’s on-premises Board Papers solution enabled organizations to deliver electronic board books and meeting packs to users. However, customers increasingly wanted a cloud-based solution that integrated with Microsoft Office 365.

SOLUTION
Pervasent developed a Microsoft Office 365 version of its on-premises solution, Board Papers, using Microsoft SharePoint Online. Meeting organizers create meeting agendas using a simple SharePoint interface and associate any number of documents with each agenda item. Board Papers leverages all the document versioning and approval features of SharePoint. Meeting data and documents are automatically downloaded to native Windows and tablet apps where meeting attendees can read and annotate all their meeting materials using their Surface tablet or other mobile device.
